- This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Lekki phase one, which is the coolest and fastest street in Lekki environment, easy to navigate to anywhere on the island and mainland, night clubs, bars and lounges, so many places to visit
House rules
Maximum guest for Normal Stay is strictly 8; should it be above 8 they won’t be allowed in the premises and they tend to loose their caution.
Smoking is allowed but No Smoking 🚭 inside the room; we have balcony for smoking purpose.
Should they damage anything it will be charged from their caution fee & should what they damage exceed caution fee, then they have to pay the extra.
It’s an estate so everything they do should be within the apartment and loud noise is not allowed they can play their music and co. As long as its volume is minimal. Should their music disturb the peace of the residential estate 🏡 they tend to be cautioned. NO DJ IS ALLOWED.
