House rules
Maximum guest for Normal Stay is strictly 8; should it be above 8 they won’t be allowed in the premises and they tend to loose their caution.
Smoking is allowed but No Smoking 🚭 inside the apartment; we have two balcony for smoking purpose. Should they smoke inside the apartment their caution fee won’t be refunded.
Should they damage anything it will be charged from their caution fee & should what they damage exceed caution fee, then they have to pay the extra.
It’s an estate so everything they do should be within the apartment and loud noise is not allowed they can play their music and co. As long as it’s volume is minimal. Should their music disturb the peace of the residential estate 🏡 they tend to be cautioned by the estate mobile police/security. NO DJ IS ALLOWED.
We have two GENERATORs
One diesel will work from evening till morning work with all AC
While small GEN petrol will work from when big gen is off till evening works with two AC
We have normal nepa power supply
